Our children's programs will help your child grow and learn life skills such as self control, self discipline, and respect for others in addition to developing confidence in themselves and building a positive self image through the growth of your child's physical skills and abilities. Karate is a fun, safe activity for children of all ages and ability levels. We make an effort every time your child comes for his/her lesson that it is fun, motivating, and exciting.
  
Participating in Martial Arts is a lifelong sport. It is NEVER too late to start training. When you come in for your classes, be prepared for a friendly, positive, and safe environment. We do our best to work hard to assist you in achieving your own personal goals, no matter what they are, while giving you the skills to be able to protect yourself should a dangerous situation arise.

Community Programs

As a part of our involvement within the community, we offer character enrichment programs for different groups, organizations, and facilities for free. When working with children, we talk about our 3 rules (respect for others, self control, self discipline) and teach how they can use them at home, at school, and wherever they go. BBC Commitment Night

All students involved in the Black Belt Club are encouraged to attend. We will be doing board breaking using real wood boards, talking about goal setting, and taking a group photo of everyone that participates. We do need your board orders by January 14th.
Adult Beginner Graduation

Will be held at the Windsor, CT Studio. Beginner ranks (White, Yellow, Orange) at 6:30 pm, and Intermediate ranks (Purple, Blue, Blue/St) will be at 7:30 pm.
Adult Advanced Graduation

The graduation will start at 7:30 pm at the Windsor, CT Villari's Martial arts.
Beg. Children's Graduation

BBT1 will be at 4:30 and Basic will be at 5:30.

Women's Self Defense Seminar

If you are interested in learning about how to protect yourself in a variety of dangerous situations, we strongly encourage you to attend. This seminar is open to anyone. Bring friends, family, and co-workers. If you are not a member, you are still welcome to attend. Simply call the studio number.
