Busy schedule? Check out these apps we love!

October 8th, 2018

Thanks to smartphones, people everywhere have access to some of the best applications for managing a hectic schedule. Whether it’s home life, work, school, or a combination of these things, your smartphone could be the key to getting organized. We decided to share some of our favorite productivity applications to help you get some of your valuable time back to yourself and what matters!

Dropbox

Dropbox is a classic! It manages all of your documents, photos, and data in a cloud-based system that you can access anywhere. Most importantly, it is private and secured with 256-bit AES encryption and a two-step verification process.

Wunderlist

A to-do list app that makes sharing tasks and deadlines with friends or family easy? Sign us up! We love using Wunderlist because it is modern, clean, and easy to use. There’s no learning curve needed - just download and start creating your to-do list!

Google Calendar

Everyone needs a good calendar and Google’s calendar is one of our favorites! The best part is that the calendar will sync to your Gmail account which means any invites you send or accept will automatically display in your timeline. It’s a great way to stay in sync with friends, family, and business partners!

Evernote

Need a note taking app that has everything you need? This is it! Evernote lets you write ideas and format them, create checklists, scribble to-do lists, and set reminders. You can also drag and drop your files for keeping, or use their built-in scanning tool to scan documents and keep track of receipts. Another great feature is finding things online that you’d like to save, and Evernote allows you to clip articles or your favorite recipes to look back on.

Pocket

You’re not still using bookmarks, are you? Download Pocket instead! This integrative app lets you save articles, lists, videos, and all of your essential websites! We love using Pocket for a place to save what we want to watch and read later when we have more time.

iScanner

When you need to send a document, you want to send a high quality version that is easy to read and properly formatted. But when you’re on the go and do not have your printer with you, apps like iScanner are incredibly useful! iScanner lets you take a photo of anything you need to scan and creates a clean PDF.

PushBullet

You don’t need to bother switching between phone and computer while working. PushBullet is an application that lets you sync the two in order to operate as one device. No matter what smartphone or computer you are using, PushBullet will act as a bridge and allow you to send texts, share a calendar, manage your to-do list, exchange files, and more!

Here at Villari’s we know time together is important, especially with family! That’s why we wanted to share some of our favorite time-saving applications. What applications are your favorite to use?
