VILLARI'S # 4 Karate Benefit: LEADERSHIP

September 3rd, 2018

Villari’s Karate Benefit #4: Leadership

While some skills are inherent, and some can be fostered in a home or school setting, another way to give your child a leg-up is through karate training.

This week, our topic is LEADERSHIP

Wikipedia says the definition of LEADERSHIP is:

...a practical SKILL encompassing the ability to guide INDIVIDUALS, TEAMS, or ORGANIZATIONS.

Did you know KIDS are never too young to start LEARNING leadership skills? As temperatures begin to drop and the school bells start ringing, a karate class each week will help to foster your child’s leadership style and more. Karate is a martial art that teaches leadership skills that will spill over into other areas of your child’s life.

LEADERSHIP skills we introduce:

  • Getting to know TEAM MEMBERS
  • Earning RESPECT
  • LEADING by example
  • SERVING a greater cause

Once your child has practiced these leadership-building behaviors in karate class, your child will then begin to utilize them for a successful school year and beyond.

To Your Child’s Success,

The Team @ Villari’s
